Payments
Smart Pit payment system
Activate the Smart Pit payment system (bar code on the back of your card) or change the payment amount to 2000, 5000 or 10000 yen.
If you do not have a bar code printed card, you can apply for one here.
Remaining credit
Verify the balance of your card in yen.
Last call
Check the details of the last number called: day, time, duration and charge.
Speed Dial:
Access information about the phone numbers registered in the Speed Dial feature. Also change, delete or add new ones.
Rate information
Check the latest Brastel rates to more than 200 destinations.
Additional coupons
Request additional coupons to recharge the card.
Note: This function is only available for registered cards.
Phone number registration
Register your phone number(s) in the card to shorten the dialing process.
Important: We do not recommend registering phones of public use (dormitories, hotels etc) or shared lines from which unauthorized people could call using your card’s credit.
Change the PIN
Periodically change the PIN (the last four digits of the Access Code) to increase the security of your card.
Following the voice guidance, enter the current PIN and then the new one (four digits of your preference, except 0000).
Automatic registration
Register your Brastel Smart Phonecard. Follow the voice guidance and leave your name, complete address and phone number.
After the registration you can also request additional coupons.
