(RE)CHARGING THE BRASTEL SMART PHONECARD AT FamliyMart USING THE Fami Port MACHINE

To (re)charge the card at FamilyMart you need to use the Fami Port machine to print out a payment order and hand it to the clerk.

(1) Press the "Smart Pit" button.
(2) Choose a guidance language (Japanese, Chinese, English, Korean, Portuguese or Russian):
(3) Enter the "Smart Pit No." written on the back of your card and press the "OK" button.
(4) Wait a few seconds.

*If this screen appears, you either entered an incorrect Smart Pit No. or your card's Smart Pit is deactivated. To activate it, please dial the number below:

(5) Press "Brastel Co., Ltd." and the "OK" button.
(6) Confirm the selected item and press the "OK" button.
(7) The payment order will be printed within a few seconds. Please give it to the clerk and make the payment.
Please note:
The payment order will be valid for 30 minutes. Repeat the process if you do not pay within this period of time.
The Smart Pit is a system for payments at convenience stores offered by NTT Comware.
