(RE)CHARGING THE BRASTEL SMART PHONECARD AT FamliyMart USING THE Fami Port MACHINE
To (re)charge the card at FamilyMart you need to use the Fami Port machine to print out a payment order and hand it to the clerk. (The screen's layout below can be changed without prior notice)

(3)Enter the "Smart Pit No." written on the back of your card and press the "OK" button.
(4)Wait a few seconds.
*If this screen appears, you either entered an incorrect Smart Pit No. or your card's Smart Pit is deactivated. To activate it, please dial the number below:

(5)Press "Brastel Co., Ltd." and the "OK" button.
(6)Confirm the selected item and press the "OK" button.
(7)The payment order will be printed within a few seconds. Please give it to the clerk and make the payment.
Please note: The payment order will be valid for 30 minutes. Repeat the process if you do not pay within this period of time. The Smart Pit is a system for payments at convenience stores offered by NTT Comware.
