Test Analyst

Job description: This is an opportunity to join a company with an international environment, focusing in Telecommunications and International Money Transfer.
You will work with technologies such as web applications, cloud based systems and mobile applications.
  • Review design specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the software product.
  • Plan and execute the QA (Quality Assurance) life cycle (Prepare test plans, conduct testing, analyse test results and issue test reports) to ensure products perform according to user requirements and within established guidelines.
  • Identify, logs, and recreate error codes, bugs, and defects.
  • Report defects and issues to programmers while identifying and recommending solutions and improvements.
  • Coordinate scheduling for QA and Acceptance testing discussing with project and engineering teams.
  • Perform training to support teams about the tested software.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Languages: 1st: English, 2nd: Portuguese, 3rd:Japanese
Required skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or commerce discipline.
  • Ability to understand basics of software testing or hardware devices like tablets, smartphones, etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, and support staffs.
  • Good documentation skills with use of Microsoft Office suite or similar software.
Desired skills/certificates:
  • 2+ years work experience in testing any consumer facing software product/device/website will be a plus.
  • Experience writing automated tests or programming experience will be a plus.
  • Work experience in technical support will be a plus.

Days off, vacations: Saturday, Sunday, public holidays.

System Engineer

Work Content:
  • Development of Windows applications in mainly C#, NET, SQL and Server.
  • Database designing and implementation, screen design, test code creation, etc.
Languages used: Javascript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, C#.NET, SQL Server, XSLT, XML, AJAX
Required skills:
  • Experience in developing web applications using C# and NET.
  • Able to code with CSS+HTML Javascript.
  • Experience in database programming using SQL Server.
  • Experience with frameworks using JQuery and Javascript.
  • Ability to read code written by others.
Additional skills and qualifications (if possible):
  • Experience in developing web systems using Ajax.
  • Knowledge of XML and XSL.
