From your phone, please dial the International Recharge System’s prefix followed by the Recharge Code and the recipient’s prepaid mobile phone number starting from Country Code.

| Important |
- The recharged credits have a different expiration date depending on the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for further information.
- Recharges of the same amount to a mobile phone can only be made once every 24 hours.
- Recharges made with credit cards cannot be sent through the International Recharge System.
- Recharges will only be possible from registered cards with sufficient credit.
- To transfer credits from a phone, the phone number must be registered to the card.
- International Recharge System is a service free of charge.
- Brastel will not be held responsible for mistakes in the numbers entered by the customer.
- Brastel's 0091-20 prefixes may not be accessible from phone lines/terminals with transmission restrictions.
- Most recharges are instantly processed; however, some may take longer depending on the communication network.
- Recharges are not refundable.
- The equivalent amount in yen is subject to change without prior notice, according to yen/real exchange rates.
