Plans

FLIP has many plans available, according to the destination you wish to call. From simple plans at 500 yen a month to plans with 1,000 minutes of free calls to several destinations.

Plus Numbers

|

In addition to the plans, you can also have a phone number overseas linked to your FLIP. Family and friends on those destinations can place calls to that number—paying only local/domestic rates—and the call could be answered on your FLIP number in Japan.

FLIP Family is suited for customers who would like to subscribe for two or three FLIP terminals in a single account and take advantage of the user-to-user free calls.
|
|
|
FLIP calling rates are one of the most competitive and economical in the market. With FLIP you can save not only on international calls but also on your domestic calls, no matter the distance or time.

Rates will differ depending on the destination and on the type of phone called. If you place calls to numbers not included in the plan you chose, or make calls after you use up the free minutes, the charges will be directly deducted from your Brastel Card credits as FLIP rates.

Initial Fee
|
|
There is no subscription fee for the FLIP service. The only initial cost will be the FLIP kit and the first monthly fee of the plan you choose.
The first payment will be deducted from your Brastel Card credits or paid through COD (cash on delivery) system. Delivery fees will be added to the total (handling fees will also apply for COD payments).

Monthly Fee
|
|
After the first payment, the following monthly fees will be automatically deducted either from your Brastel Card or from credit cards at the end of every billing period, defined by the date you register the FLIP service. If you choose to pay by credit card, you can set the Automatic Recharge and have the monthly fee deducted from it at every due date.

Important Notes

- Through the FLIP service you will NOT be able to call:
- Directory assistance, emergency and other numbers such as 119, 104, 110, 113 etc.
- International dialing prefixes starting with "00" other than Brastel's 0091-20 such as 001, 0033, 0041 etc.
- Phone numbers starting with the prefixes 0170, 0180, 0190, 0570, 0910, 0990, 020 and 060.
- Rates and monthly fees are subject to change without prior notice.
- Monthly fees and FLIP kit are not refundable.
