From your phone, please dial the International Recharge System’s prefix followed by the Recharge Code and the recipient’s prepaid mobile phone number starting from Country Code.

Example of a recharge in the amount of RM10 to a Maxis mobile phone:

  Important
  • Recharges made with credit cards cannot be sent through the International Recharge System.
  • Recharges will only be possible from registered cards with sufficient credit.
  • Recharges of the same amount to a mobile phone can only be made once every 24 hours.
  • To transfer credits from a phone, the phone number must be registered to the Brastel Smart Phonecard.
  • International Recharge System is a service free of charge.
  • Brastel will not be held responsible for mistakes in the numbers entered by the customer.
  • Brastel's 0091-20 prefixes may not be accessible from phone lines/terminals with transmission restrictions.
  • Most recharges are instantly processed; however, some may take longer depending on the communication network.
  • Recharges are not refundable.
  • In case a technical problem happens and the system is unable to recharge the mobile phone at destination, the credit will be returned to the Brastel Smart Phonecard. This process may take a few days to be completed depending on the communication network.
  • The equivalent amount in yen is subject to change without prior notice, according to the exchange rates.
