    How to proceed
To transfer credits from your phone, please dial the Credit Transfer prefix followed by the amount you wish to transfer and the recipient's phone number:

Transfers can be in the amount of 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000 yen.

Note:
If the recipient does not have a Brastel Smart Phonecard, our system will create a virtual Access Code to enable calls.

    Important
  • Recharges made with credit cards cannot be sent through the Credit Transfer.
  • Transfers will only be possible from registered cards with sufficient credit.
  • If you are transferring credit from a phone, the phone number should be registered to the card.
  • Most credit transfers are instantly processed; however, some may take longer depending on the communication network.
  • Credit Transfer is a service free of charge.
  • We do not recommend transferring credits to phones of public use (dormitories, hotels, offices etc.) or lines shared by two or more people, as anyone could use the credits through them.
  • Brastel will not be held responsible for mistakes in the amount, card or phone number entered by the customer.
  • Transferred credits are not refundable.
  • Brastel's 0091-20 prefixes are not accessible from PHS (other than Willcom phones) and in cases which transmission restrictions apply to your phone terminal or phone line.
