Frequent Caller Plans

HOW TO APPLY

Sign in to Brastel Cyberservice, click on Frequent Caller Plans on the left menu, select a destination and a plan.
The first monthly fee will be deducted from your Brastel Smart Phonecard.
You can also choose to have Frequent Caller Plan renewed automatically each month, without the need to register again.

HOW TO PLACE CALLS

Dial the Free Less access phone number closest to you and follow the voice guidance. Domestic charges are not included.

Important Notes:

Domestic charges are not included in the monthly fee. Customers will be billed by their local carrier for domestic charges to our access point in Tokyo, Osaka or Nagoya starting from the connection time until they hang up the phone.
Payments will be prepaid and deducted from the Brastel Smart Phonecard.
Payments are non-refundable.
If the automatic renewal option is activated and the Brastel Smart Phonecard does not have enough credits at the time of renewal, the plan will be cancelled and it will be necessary to register for the plan again.
It is not possible to change plans before the period of usage is over.
The service will be activated on the day and time it is requested – and will expire on the following month on the same day and time. However, if the registration is done on the 29th, 30th or 31st the expiration day will be the 1st. For example: registrations made on the 30th of January will expire on the 1st of March.
The Origin Phone Number must be a fixed or mobile phone in Japan.
The phone’s caller ID function must be activated and the number registered as the Origin Phone Number, otherwise, the customer will be charged Free Less rates.
Destination Phone Numbers and the Origin Phone Number can be changed only once per month, per plan.
To call from/to phone numbers not registered in the Frequent Caller Plan (or if the 500 minutes of the TALK500 plan are used up) the customer may dial using the Brastel Smart Phonecard prepaid system as usual.
TALK500 minutes not used will not be carried over to the next billing month.
Frequent Caller Plans to China do not include Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan. It is possible to have multiple plans for China using the same Brastel Smart Phonecard.
