Important notes

Important!
  • Calls to EMOBILE phones are free of charge, although it will be subject to regular calling fees if the number you are calling to was transferred by MNP (Mobile Number Portability).
  • All calls, international and domestic, must be placed through Brastel’s 0091-20 prefix (except when calling to another Brastel Mobile or EMOBILE phone)
  • Direct dialing, colect call (106), telegraph (115), Dial Q2 (0990 prefixes), message service and Credit Tsuwa are not available.
  • Any unused free minutes will be transferred to the following month.
  • It is not possible to access the internet, send/receive emails with Brastel Mobile.
