Access the App Store from your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad, search for "[q]My 050[/q]" and install it.
Enter your user ID and SIP password, and tap the "[q]Sign in[/q]" button.
When prompted, give [q]My 050[/q] permission to use your phone features.
Your user ID is your Brastel account's access code without the PIN. If you do not know your password, enter your access code in the form below to get it.
In the upper left corner of the screen, [q]My 050[/q] will turn green and you will see your account balance. Now you are ready to place your calls.
If [q]My 050[/q] stays red, you might have entered an invalid user ID or password. To re-enter the user ID or password, tap "[q]Settings[/q]" (the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen) [a] "[q]Account Setup[/q]".
Enter your user ID and SIP password, and tap the "[q]Sign in[/q]" button.

Once "[q]My 050[/q]" turns green and you see your card balance on the screen, you are ready to place your calls!

Enter the destination phone number, starting from country code. If the area code of the phone number you wish to call begins with "0", do not include it when dialing (there may be some exceptions).

In accordance to our terms of use, Brastel may suspend the My 050 IP phone service in order to prevent abuse by third parties, or to prevent the use of fraudulently obtained 050 numbers to commit crimes or acts that may contribute to a crime.
We are planning to introduce a new user information registration scheme in order to prevent misuse of our services, and we will continue with our efforts to prevent the use of fraudulently obtained IP phone numbers to carry out illegal activities.
