The SIM can be used by the applicant only after the identification process is complete.
Your device must be SIM-Free (unlocked).
Your device must support one of the following bandwidths:<br/>TD-LTE: Band 41 (2.5GHz)<br/>FDD-LTE: Band 1 (2.1GHz)/Band 3・9 (1.8GHz)/Band 8 (900MHz)<br/>WCDMA: Band 1 (2.1GHz)/Band 8 (900MHz)<br/>※Even if it meets this condition, the service cannot be guaranteed.
SMS, voice mail service, international calls and international roaming are not supported.
The validity period cannot be extended except in the case of special SIM types/plans.
Free unlimited local calls are supported except for forwarded calls including those via specific access numbers such as Free Less, IP Access, etc.; Navi Dial (0570); Teledom (0180); information services (104). In the case of these being detected, you may be billed separately for such calls.
To connect to the Internet you must complete the APN settings provided in the package instructions. APN settings differ depending on the device you are using.
The data and voice communication area is provided by Softbank Corporation (Y!Mobile). It is provided on a best effort basis, therefore, communication may not be possible in places where radio waves cannot be easily transmitted, such as inside buildings, in underground car parking lots, in the shadow of a building, in tunnels, or in mountainous regions.
A SIM cannot be exchanged after purchase. A lost or damaged SIM cannot be reissued.
Handling the SIM & Safety Precautions
When handling the SIM, do not apply more load than necessary. Incorrect handling of the SIM card may damage the card and/or your device.
Do not touch the metal terminal part and always keep them clean.
If you touched the metal part, wipe it with a dry, soft cloth.
When storing the SIM card, do not place it in locations where it can be exposed to direct sunlight and/or high temperatures/humidity.
Take notes or use other means to retain the information that you registered in the SIM card. Brastel is not responsible for any loss of such registered information.
Before removing the SIM card, wear gloves and always turn off the power.
A parent or guardian should supervise the handling of the SIM card if a child is the user. Make sure that the child user is using the SIM card as instructed.
Do not place the SIM card in a microwave or other heating device or a high-pressure container.
Do not use or leave the SIM card near fire or a stove, or other places where it can be exposed to high temperatures. The SIM may melt, generate heat and/or smoke, catch fire, malfunction, or lose data.
Keep out of reach of infants. Accidental swallowing and injuries may occur.
